For our team in Bramfeld, Hamburg, we are currently looking for: You - as a qualified nursing professional (m/f/d) for home care.

Who are we? We, as Bramfeld Nursing Service, are a small, owner-managed nursing service with flat hierarchies. Our team is small but great - we enjoy working together and trust each other. And we want to pass this on to our patients, because a trusting relationship is important to us. Our service area is limited to three neighborhoods, so we avoid excessively long distances.


What to expect:
Caring for our patients with heart and professional competence.

  • Conducting professional nursing care (from treatment to basic care)
  • Advising patients, family members, and caregivers
  • Participating in the practical training of our apprentices
  • Planning, executing, documenting, and evaluating holistic support.
