Responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for generating and managing business with existing customers in the construction products sector, as well as actively acquiring new customers
  • You are responsible for creating and processing offers and orders; negotiation of offers and orders is also part of your responsibility
  • You monitor adherence to deadlines
  • You conduct detailed customer analyses to identify potential opportunities
  • You promote our processing and service business
  • You develop individual solutions for our customers and conduct process analyses at the customer's site
  • In your role, you support your colleagues in the field sales team through coordination tasks
  • You establish efficient relationship management with all relevant interfaces (internal and external)
  • Your tasks also include professional project management

Profile:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a similar qualification
  • You already have some professional experience in inside sales
  • You have a good technical understanding and a strong interest in technically demanding products
  • You enjoy active sales combined with a strong focus on customer service
  • You have a confident demeanor, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and are skilled in contract negotiations
  • You are highly motivated, a team player, and show a high level of commitment
  • Knowledge of the sales area is desirable
  • You are proficient in using MS Office
  • You have a valid driver's license (Class B)
