- Supervise a small number of professional program staff who provide Individual, Group, and Family Counseling.
- Oversee the management of evidence-based school curriculum in our local elementary, middle, and high school.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust the annual work-plan of those specific school-based programs.
- Effectively coordinate agency efforts with the board of directors, school administration, local government, other community leaders, as well as county and state agencies.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with clients between the ages of 5-20, their families, and other community stakeholders.
- Advanced Social Work degree or related discipline with current LCSW license from New York State required.
- 3+ years of professional experience. Direct supervisory experience, and proficiency in Spanish is desirable, but not required
