- Lead the Account team, setting team vision, priorities and project resourcing
- Lead all in-house agency work, ensuring projects meet or exceed creative expectations and are delivered on time and on budget
- Act as lead contact for all PBNA Brand teams
- Improve overall creative quality and effectiveness for in-house creative work
- Help elevate creative capabilities within PBNA, including informal coaching and formal training
- Help lead creative innovation, evolving how Brands bring their stories to life, keeping pace with changing media and consumer behaviors
- Lead the in-house agency's budget
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $146,100 - $289,900 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 30% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period
- Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

- Strong Creative Sensibilities and Ability to Manage Creative executions to achieve high impact results
- Proficient understanding of how all social media platforms work - including emerging platforms
- Proven expertise in creative Agency management and ability to mobilize a diverse team of internal and external constituents
- High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
