Description
A highly regarded, licensed, not-for-profit, substance use prevention agency located in Southern Westchester, is seeking a Program Director to manage and develop a variety of well-received community programs.
The Director will:
- Supervise a small number of professional program staff who provide individual, group, and family counseling
- Oversee the management of evidencebased school curriculum in elementary, middle, and high school settings, and will develop, monitor, and adjust an annual workplan of those specific programs.
- Effectively coordinate efforts with the agency board of directors, community school administration, local government, as well as county and state oversight agencies
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with clients between the ages of 520, their families, and other community stakeholders
Requirements:
- Advanced Social Work degree or related discipline with current LCSW license from New York State
- 3+ years of professional experience. Direct supervisory experience, and language proficiency in Spanish is extremely desirable.
- Knowledge of New York State OASAS programs preferred, but not required
Salary:
$65, $75,000.00 per year
