Decisions regarding daily daycare, further education, design of the homes, team trips, pedagogical focus, etc. are developed in the team with the daycare management and coordinated with the management. In all homes, a permanent kitchen and cleaning team ensures daily fresh food and cleanliness in the daycare. Each daycare develops contacts in their social environment together with the team and develops their specific concept. This way, the daycares organize their homes independently in the cosmos under the umbrella of the sponsor.

We are currently looking for

PEDAGOGICAL SPECIALISTS (M,W,D).

with a degree as a State-recognized educator or as a social pedagogical specialist (see regulations for specialists in daycares of the Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family).
