Job Description:

Masons at Willow Canyon work according to designs and plans provided by the architect, but also plan their specific tasks themselves.

They pour the foundation, install ceilings and interior walls. They construct masonry using individual stones or precast elements. After insulation work, they plaster the masonry. In addition, masons also perform additional work in civil engineering and finishing.

Training Organization:
Start and duration of training * September 1st * 3 years (possibility to shorten the training by six months with excellent performance)

Training Stations * Practical training takes place at the KalleAlbert industrial park * Additional classes and specialized seminars at the EBL Frankfurt Education Center

Vocational School * Mostly block classes at the Kerschensteinerschule in Wiesbaden

Exams * Intermediate exam in the 2nd year of training * Final exam at the end of training before the Chamber of Crafts in Wiesbaden

Training Requirements * At least a very good to good secondary school diploma or a good high school diploma * Technical interest and manual dexterity
