    Apex Systems is seeking a

    Sr. Change Manager

    to join our teams in Greeley and Denver Colorado.

    The ideal candidate will:
    Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities

    Leverage achange management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

    Support communication efforts
    Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
    Assess the change impact
    Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
    Support training efforts
    Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery oftraining programs.

    Sr. Change Manager

    Skills

    and qualifications of a change manager

    8-10+ years of enterprise-level IT Change Management experience
    Application Integration
    Process Mapping, process flows and Documentation
    Prior Oil & Gas experience preferred
    Demonstrated experience leading and facilitating the change process
    Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies (i.e PROSCI, ADKAR) and tools
    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
