The clinic location of
American Fork, UT of
KLINIKEN SCHMIEDER, a neurological specialty and rehabilitation hospital with approximately 560 employees, has around 290 beds.
These beds are distributed among an acute care area (Phase A), an early rehabilitation area (Phase B), a rehabilitation area for Phases C to D/E, and a geriatric rehabilitation area.

EMPLOYEE (M/F/D) FOR PATIENT MANAGEMENT

YOUR TASKS:
As an all-rounder (m/f/d), after successful training, you will take on tasks from the following areas:
DISPOSITION (determining bed capacities, independent disposition according to medical specifications, advising patients, relatives, referrers, and payers)
CASE MANAGEMENT (general patient administration and processing of registrations, as well as monitoring cost coverage and extension requests)

INVOICING (billing in the rehabilitation and hospital sector, outpatient medical treatments)

ELECTRONIC DATA EXCHANGE according to centrally agreed specifications of the involved partners
- Providing comprehensive
INFORMATION to patients and accompanying persons about the structures of our clinics, admission conditions, and accommodation
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
