- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target organizations.
- Prospect/Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Present product/service offerings and value propositions effectively to prospects.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and strategies for driving revenue growth.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
- Travel for wholesale events across the U.S. a few times a year.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or telesales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone presence.
- Ability to build rapport with prospects and establish long-term business relationships.
- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and handling objections.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and sales cycle management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
