Job Description:
The Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution Case Coordinator is responsible
For case management duties, including but not limited to:
Scheduling hearings for the Student Conduct Committee, Greek Conduct Committee, and/or Health Science Center Student Conduct Committee.
Preparing and maintaining records for Committee Hearings.
Communicating with potential witnesses, responding students, reporting/impacted parties, and/or other conduct process participants
Preparing case packets for Committee hearings
Scheduling meetings/hearings for SCCR staff
The Case Coordinator is also responsible for assisting with additional SCCR office tasks including, but not limited to:
Office management tasks including data entry, phone/email.
communication, and front desk coverage when needed.
Keeping educational records private
Entering cases into the database
Other duties as assigned
Expected Salary:
$13.35
Minimum Requirements:
Have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient with verbal and written communication
Demonstrate attention to professionalism, dependability, and timeliness
In-depth knowledge of the UF Student Conduct Process
Experience with data management systems
