Located near the former Kirchwelver monastery on the edge of the state forest in Welver, you will work together with a familiar team to support 135 people in need of care in their daily lives at our facility.
Spread across three living areas, we offer nursing services ranging from full-time care to short-term and respite care, as well as care for those with dementia.
NURSING MANAGEMENT (M/F/D) YOUR NEW RESPONSIBILITIES Making a real difference * You will train new employees, conduct regular meetings, and determine individual training and development needs * You will plan, organize, and conduct nursing visits, service and team meetings * You are responsible for ensuring high-quality care for our residents
