Your main focus as a team leader for technical support (m/f/d) will be on strategically improving the technical support and fleet management departments through process optimization and automation.
You will ensure service quality in terms of response and processing times, response quality, and first solution rate based on defined performance indicators.
You will lead a team of 6-8 employees and continuously develop them.Location: Ulm
