Our client, a company specializing in express shipping and transportation solutions, is currently seeking an
Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d) to join their team in Poway, CA.

This company is a leader in overnight and express shipments in the Life Science industry, providing customized and high-quality shipping and transportation solutions to customers worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer service and support
  • Order acceptance and processing
  • Calculation of offers
  • Communication with partner networks, service providers, and delivery depots
  • Coordination of transportation chains for national and international express shipments
  • Monitoring of transports/shipment status

Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a freight forwarder (m/f/d) or other commercial background
  • Professional experience in the logistics industry, knowledge of the courier, express, and parcel (CEP) sector is an advantage
  • Strong customer orientation and professional telephone manner
  • Good computer skills and proficient in MS Office
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
