Baker / Pastry Chef (m/f/d) as part of
direct placement:

Your responsibilities will include:
- Production of products according to recipes and production plan
- Preparation of terrines, ice cream, sorbets, and parfaits according to recipes
- Preparation and garnishing of desserts and creams
- Quality control based on internal guidelines
- Compliance with quality and hygiene standards
- Compliance with ISO, BIO, HACCP, and IFS requirements
- Cleaning according to cleaning schedule
- Inspection of provided raw materials according to recipes
What you bring to the table:
- Completed apprenticeship as a baker (m/f/d) or pastry chef (m/f/d)
- Entrylevel candidates are welcome
- Sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Creative and manual dexterity
- Willingness to work in a twoshift system
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Own transportation is advantageous
