TAKKT Group is looking for motivated employees to join our team in
Stuttgart as

Senior Controller (all genders)
to shape the future of work together

Responsibilities:

Establishing business partnerships for financial control of central areas
Creating transparency on area performance and potential efficiency potentials
Applying business methods for financial evaluation of initiatives, e.g. in the form of business cases or ongoing project controlling
Establishing and rolling out reporting systems and control concepts in collaboration with decisionmakers
Conducting forecast and budget processes
Evaluating financial opportunities and risks and deriving measures
Implementing own projects for continuous improvement of processes in group function controlling

Profile:

Master's degree in business administration or a similar field
At least three years of experience in finance, ideally with knowledge of cost center or profit center structures
Strong business understanding and comprehensive knowledge of business methods and processes
Good stakeholder management (especially senior and executive management), excellent collaboration skills, and a solutionoriented and analytical mindset
Experience in establishing and rolling out reporting systems and control concepts
Experience in project management
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
