In the Catholic parishes of the Diocese of Limburg, there are approximately 305 childcare facilities (crèches, 3-6 year olds & after-school care) that are currently seeking or will be seeking educators for the continuous development of their profiles.

The daily work is shaped by the origin and cultural diversity of the children entrusted to us.

We take into account the living reality and everyday life of families, accompany and support them with social and Christian commitment.

Responsibilities

You are a companion for children in their development
You work with children from different cultural backgrounds
You make Christian, social and cultural values tangible for children
You build educational partnerships with parents

Qualifications

Recognized training as a pedagogical specialist (degree in social work, pedagogy, social pedagogy)
You are usually a member of the Catholic Church and identify with its principles and goals
You bring in your own ideas and implement them
Reliability, teamwork and enjoyment of working with children are among your strengths
Friendly, partnershipbased and appreciative working atmosphere
Opportunities for career advancement (management/consulting/supervision, etc.)
Work according to quality standards
Individual training and further education
Remuneration according to TVöD SuE (usually S 8b) as well as supplementary pension fund
Vacation time beyond the legal requirements of the Federal Vacation Act
