Your responsibilities include:

You lead a team of several designers both professionally and disciplinarily and ensure continuous professional development in UX design.
You provide guidance and inspiration to your team of junior and experienced UX designers.
Your experience with usercentered design methods in research and solution development is crucial in pursuing our product goals.
You strategically advise our product managers and stakeholders on UX, UX research, and product design topics.
You design and moderate workshops with users, customers, colleagues, and external experts.

You should bring the following qualifications:

You have experience as a leader and possess excellent communication skills and decisiveness.
You have the talent to continuously inspire your team and colleagues.
You have several years of experience as a UX designer, product designer, interaction designer, or a similar UXrelated role in an agile
