About Us
Westermann Druck GmbH is a full-service media service provider for print and prepress services as well as digital media.

As a subsidiary of the Westermann Group, we not only produce educational media for the Westermann Group's publishers, but we also specialize in producing high-quality magazines and catalogs using web offset and digital printing.

Our customers are located in Germany and Europe. In addition, we develop print-on-demand shops for various target groups.

Responsibilities include managing and monitoring workflows in the print finishing department, adhering to production schedules and quality standards, conducting safety training, and serving as a liaison between upstream and downstream departments.

Qualifications include a degree in bookbinding/media technology printing (m/f/d) or a comparable education in the manufacturing industry, further training as an industrial master in digital and print media (m/f/d), comparable qualifications or experience in a leadership position (e.g.

representing a master), or comparable qualifications in the manufacturing industry. A high level of quality awareness, as well as process and cost-optimized thinking and acting, are required.

Willingness to work in the existing 3-shift work schedule with rotating weekend availability, flexibility, and teamwork skills are also necessary.

Must have strong communication skills.
