    Joining Goodier as a Senior R&D Chemist requires extensive experience in formulating Skin Care, Sun Care, Hair Care, and OTC products, alongside the ability to manage the daily tasks effectively. This role demands collaboration and a customer-centric mindset to align with Goodier's commercial and client goals. We are seeking a formulation expert with a forward-thinking approach who is ready to take on challenging client requirements and contribute to the growth of our company.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Responsible for developing and implementing new and existing formulas and procedures
    • Demonstrates adaptability and the ability to respond quickly to changing situations
    • Highly organized with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
    • Maintains accurate lab records and monitors batch stability meticulously
    • Possesses strong creative and analytical problem-solving abilities
    • Collaborates effectively with the R&D team and internal partners
    • Engages with external partners such as clients, suppliers, and universities
    • Develops innovative strategies for project execution and product formulation
    • Ensures formulation stability and commercial viability
    • Oversees projects from prototype development to manufacturing
    • Creates detailed manufacturing instructions and supervises critical production batches
    • Collaborates with the Director of R&D as required
    • Provides progress updates to lab management and offers project direction insights
    • Maintains confidentiality and functions independently
    • Participates in company events to promote organizational culture
    • Displays professionalism and upholds organizational values when interacting internally and externally
    Qualification Requirements
    • BA/BS in Chemistry or related Life Sciences; BE/BSc in Chemical Engineering or related Engineering fields preferable
    • Minimum 6 years of formulating experience with a preference for contract manufacturing experience
    • Bench expertise in personal care industries like Skincare, Suncare, and Haircare, with knowledge of OTC regulations
