- Manage a diverse caseload of trust and estate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, fiduciary litigation, and elder abuse cases.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and co-counsel to achieve successful resolutions.
- Provide strategic guidance and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
- Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments in trust and estate litigation.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing trust and estate litigation.
- Strong litigation skills, including legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases independently and efficiently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
