    Rosemont at Stone Mountain -

    Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and maintaining the accurate accounting of residents trust funds, receiving of residents portion of payment to facility, government paymentto facility and billing.

    Job Duties:

    1. Accountable for completion of monthly billing of medicare,medicaid,VA, and all other residents funding accounts are assigned by the facility or Nursing Center.

    2. Verifies all Residents accounts are charged and posted timely before billing to indicate all ancillaries.

    3. Verifies that al Residents ledgers are balanced after posting or billing.

    4. Verifies timely payer source of refferal from admissions.

    5. Assist with daily and monthly census reports in coorddination with Medical Records and Nursing Department, also Forwarding all daily census report to Corporate office.
