Your tasks:

  • There's no "please hold the line" with us. You solve problems for our customers (B2C) after ticket purchases.
  • You answer questions about ticket orders, payment, and shipping via email and occasionally by phone (inbound).
  • With your professional and friendly communication, you turn ticket buyers into regular customers.
  • You enjoy optimizing existing processes and making suggestions for improvement.
  • You act as a liaison between our operations and account management teams.

Your profile:

  • You enjoy communicating with people, whether concertgoers or sports fans. You always find the right tone.
  • Your serviceoriented approach ensures a great fan experience.
  • You handle challenges with composure and ease.
  • You are fluent in German.
  • You quickly familiarize yourself with our online shops and tools.
