Marketing Associate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution:
- Assist with planning, development, and implementation of multichannel marketing campaigns across divisions and corporate initiatives
- Manage campaign logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Monitor and report on campaign performance through analytics tools
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Analyze market data and prepare reports to inform marketing strategy and campaign development
- Stay current on relevant industry trends
- Present market research findings to the marketing team and other stakeholders
Content:
- Assist with writing and editing engaging content for various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy and clarity
- Maintain content calendars and schedules
Project Management:
- Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing projects
- Manage project deadlines and milestones
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and records
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as:
- Maintaining databases and spreadsheets
- Scheduling meetings and taking notes
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Organizing files and documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree desirable in Marketing, English, Food Science, or Business with a focus on marketing
- 12 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Aptitude for developing high level strategic marketing skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Proficient with online media
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality required
- Must be team oriented, detail oriented and able to work in a fastpaced environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Computer Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot is beneficial
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media outlets
- Ability to work quickly and multitask with online initiatives
- Exceptional writing skills preferred
- Comfortable with working in a hybrid environment
