Legal Assistant

  • The primary role of Legal Assistant
  • Contracts Administrator is to manage the administration and workflow of Prinova's domestic and international contracts, as well as managing a variety of other legal matters for the legal department. This position reports to the General Counsel and works closely with the Corporate Counsel and members of the sales, procurement, operations and shared services teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Administer the entire lifecycle workflow of contracts, from intake, to review, signatures and repository filing.
  • Employ Prinova's contract lifecycle management system, LinkSquares, and assist and train internal clients in the utilization of the system.
  • Identify issues in contract revisions and elevate them for additional input from the legal team.
  • Propose or design enhancements to contract management workflows/procedures and assist with the creation and implementation of new contract templates.
  • Prepare regular reports to the sales, product management and operations teams on contract terminations and renewals.
  • Review and update existing corporate legal documents.
  • In conjunction with Prinova's entity management vendor, ensure timely filings of domestic and international company registrations.
  • Assist with litigation management and work with internal and external counsel in responding to subpoenas and discovery requests.
  • Assist with M&A due diligence administration.
  • Perform special projects and document drafting/editing as requested.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Experience working with LinkSquares or similar contract lifecycle management system preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member and contribute to the overall success of a team, as well as work independently and handle multiple tasks
