    Job Description

    A home healthcare company is looking to add a Client Services Manager to their growing team in Harrisburg, PA.

    This person will be managing 2 Client Service Coordinators who interact with patients and caregivers daily over the phone, driving growth by delivering exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers.

    Duties will include sourcing and staffing caregivers, developing client and caregiver relationships, and managing 2 client service coordinators. If you have a background in home healthcare and want to take that next leap, this is a great opportunity to do so

    This organization has grown significantly in the PA market and is focused on promotion from within You will be stationed at the Harrisburg location for the first 6-12months and then transition to be an Office Manager at their new office in Lancaster


    Hours:
     Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30


    Pay rate:
     $50-55K Annually (based on experience)


    Location:
     Harrisburg, PA FULLY ON-SITE)


    Required
    1) Light Managerial or Team Lead experience that want to take the next step in management

    2) Experience in home health car- at least 1-2 years

    2) Willingness to work in a fast paced environment

    4) Must hold at least 2 or 4 year Degree
