    About the Role:
    As a Field Service Administrative Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in managing field-related matters and offering vital assistance to the Field Services Manager. Your responsibilities will include efficiently handling calls and relaying messages to the team. Moreover, you'll actively contribute to various projects and tasks, including assisting with HR and payroll-related duties for field personnel, ensuring smooth operations in the field.

    In this Role You Will:
    • Input new hires in timeclock software and maintain hours in the system for new hire orientation and foreman training
    • Maintain and upload Field Services information in Procore to include all safety and training documents as well as applicants and employees ineligible for rehire per company policy.
    • Responsible for processing and coordinating termination notices for field services personnel
    • Ensure the Safety Points Program is current, and points are loaded into the system on a quarterly basis. Assist users with login information and order issues
    • Process customer-required background checks
    • Code background and drug screen invoices with appropriate employee and job site information for appropriate cost allocation
    • Oversee the field services referral program, including the allocation of referral rewards
    • Oversee the Fuel Card master list and order and inactivate cards as needed.
    • Produce labor reports as needed and requested.
    Education/Experience:
    • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
    • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
    • Experience in the Construction field is preferred, but not required
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to work as part of a team and have a team attitude
    • Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Suites with emphasis on Excel.
