Description
Position Summary
The Position is responsible for the Requirement Planning, Sourcing, Procurement, PO generation, and delivery schedule to ensure that all needed materials are available for internal customer and procurement demands.
Accurate and timely processing of all purchase orders according to SRA's standard process.
Secure and analyze quotations, negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, and recommend suppliers with respect to cost, quality, and delivery competitiveness for assigned responsibilities.
Closely work on the day-to-day business relationship with key suppliers through supporting activities including ordering, communication of demand/ volume/ delivery time changes, issue resolution, follow up on backorders, etc.
Purchase orders management and monitors procurement operative KPIs Anticipate operational requirements by fostering demand planning through effective communication with stakeholders.
Conduct supplier feedback and performance assessments ensuring key stakeholder input is secured and represented.
Perform price / cost analysis.
Formulate strategies to monitor, publish, and provide reports to management.
Perform other duties related to purchasing team tasks, as assigned by the department head.
Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
2+ years relevant experience in procurement operations
Thorough knowledge of purchasing procedures and practices and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work cooperatively as a member of the purchasing department team
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must have effective negotiation and mediation skills
Able to meet deadlines under pressure
Able to handle multiple tasks at one time
Accept direction and able to carry out assignments work with minimum supervision
High level of proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Power Point, Word
Bilingual preferred (English/Korean)

Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role's function and location as well as the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, education and training.
This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life well.
Base Pay Range$88,400—$121,650 USD

This position will be performed in an office setting.
The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, and frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
