- Prepare participation calculations for Studio Finance team for inclusion in program ultimates
- Track incoming participation statements, perform reviews, and compare with associated audit rights in order to determine the Studio's position for possible audit engagement
- Review legal agreements and participation statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual obligations
- Assist in cash planning and forecasting for long range participation and residual payments
- Research and resolve guild and third party audit settlements and legal proceedings related to Studio participations and residuals
- Work in team environment on various high exposure FP&A projects for executive understanding and decision making process
- Must be able to work with and analyze large amounts of data
- Partner with other groups to obtain relevant information for related participant analyses
- Bachelor's degree required, a focus on Finance or Accounting preferred
- 4+ years of rrelated experience, experience in a Finance or Accounting role in the entertainment industry preferred
- MS suite experience with a strong concentration in Excel a must
- Strong analytical and communication skills required
- Previous experience in Participation and Residuals preferred
- Detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Highly analytical, able to synthesize data and provide insightful narratives
- Results-oriented with the ability to balance multiple assignments at a time in a fast-paced environment to achieve desired results
- Able to build positive relationships with finance peers
