Your Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will have strategic responsibility for Voith Turbo's marine business within the matrix organization of the Voith Group.
  • You will have disciplinary and technical leadership of the sales and application engineering/technical sales/ship design departments for the marine sector.
  • You will conduct strategic negotiations with customers, partners, and within the organization, as well as actively maintain customer relationships.
  • You will conduct market analysis and competitive monitoring using your in-depth industry knowledge.
  • You will also actively organize and lead global sales activities and identify strategic growth potential in underdeveloped markets and regions.
