As a Social Insurance Specialist (m/f/d), also known as "SOFA", you will be an expert on all matters related to health insurance and benefit claims.

The following tasks await you:

You will professionally advise our customers on health and long-term care insurance.
You will calculate health insurance contributions and check benefit claims.
You will work closely with the Social Security Code (SGB) and stay up-to-date on current changes and developments in the field of health and long-term care insurance.
You will communicate with our insured persons by mail, email or telephone and also attract new customers for Mobil Krankenkasse.

You will learn all of this and more during your apprenticeship with us. We do not expect any prior knowledge of the listed tasks. It is important to us that you are open-minded and curious. You will gain insights into various departments and teams of the company and be well-equipped for your career.

At the end of the apprenticeship, we will decide together in which area you can best develop your potential.
