    Job description:

    Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Transaction advisory for fund raising to meet capex requirements for both greenfield & brownfield projects.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding project financials and strategic decision-making.
    • Develop comprehensive financial models to evaluate project feasibility, profitability, and return on investment.
    • Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and key performance indicators for each project.
    • Credit Rating – Dealing with the rating agencies- Responsible for arrangement for long term and short-term credit rating.

    Budgeting and Forecasting:

    • Collaborate with project managers and department heads to establish project budgets and financial targets.
    • Monitor project expenditures and variance analysis to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts, highlighting potential deviations and proposing corrective actions as needed.

    Risk Management:

    • Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with project execution, including market fluctuations, currency risks, and regulatory changes.
    • Implement risk management strategies to safeguard project financials and ensure continuity of operations.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and economic factors that may impact project finances.

    Funding and Capital Structure:

    • Evaluate various funding options and financing structures to support project initiatives, including debt, equity, and alternative financing arrangements.
    • Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders to secure necessary funding and capital resources.
    • Optimize capital allocation and financing strategies to maximize project returns and shareholder value.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and best practices within the project finance function.

    Education:
    Chartered Accountant | Any engineering degree

    Years of work experience:

    15 to 20 years
