    Job Title: Pre-K Lead Teacher at XYZ Company

    Job Description

    The Pre-K Lead Teacher will be responsible for:

    • Implementing a program of instruction aligned with the company's philosophy and goals.
    • Developing effective lesson plans and teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
    • Assessing student progress and addressing their individual needs.
    • Ensuring a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
    • Collaborating with parents, staff, and the community to support student success.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Student Information Systems.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Associates degree in ECE, Child Development, Education or equivalent.
    • Certifications in Emergent Literacy, State Standards, and First Aid CPR.
