    Our Compensation:


    At Crunch Fitness, we present top performers with a compelling opportunity to earn $35-$72 per training session, complemented by the largest client volume in the area.

    Our commission-based compensation plan not only allows you to directly impact your earning potential but also aligns with your dedication to client retention, personal growth, educational development, and achieving sales goals.

    High performers stand to earn over $100,000 annually.

    Our personal trainers ignite lasting lifestyle changes for members seeking guidance on their self-improvement journey.

    You will motivate clients to show up for challenging workouts while educating them on how to fuel, recover and supplement their efforts.

    Members will develop grit and resilience under your coaching to conquer obstacles and bad habits holding them back.
    We position our trainers to help committed members finally achieve breakthroughswhether performance related or tied to overall wellbeing. Maintain accountability structures ensuring adherence to customized plans you creatively develop based on their goals and needs. This meaningful coaching relationship is the x-factor that empowers people to realize ambitious fitness goals.

    Requirements
    CPR Certified
    Nationally recognized personal training certification
    A desire for personal growth
