Therefore, we are looking for
you as an administrative assistant:


Responsibilities:


  • Coordination of return processing (recording returns, booking replacement parts, refurbishments)
  • Data entry/data maintenance
  • Decisionmaking on further steps after analysis
  • Processing and coordination of returns of components to suppliers
  • Handling of transport damage
  • Support for returns to suppliers
  • SAP bookings for returns
  • Management of purchasing returns

Requirements:


  • Completed commercial training preferred
  • Office experience and/or commercial knowledge
  • MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • SAP knowledge preferred
  • Teamwork skills
  • Ability to handle stress
  • Ability to work independently
  • Punctuality
  • Structured and organized work style
