Therefore, we are looking for
you as an administrative assistant:
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of return processing (recording returns, booking replacement parts, refurbishments)
- Data entry/data maintenance
- Decisionmaking on further steps after analysis
- Processing and coordination of returns of components to suppliers
- Handling of transport damage
- Support for returns to suppliers
- SAP bookings for returns
- Management of purchasing returns
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training preferred
- Office experience and/or commercial knowledge
- MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to handle stress
- Ability to work independently
- Punctuality
- Structured and organized work style
