Your Responsibilities:

Creating process flow plans using MS Office programs during the introduction of the new offer configurator in coordination with the department manager
Maintaining documentation during the introduction of the new offer configurator in coordination with the department manager
Supporting the proposal team with regular tasks
Independently organizing and maintaining electronic document management

Your Profile:

You are currently in advanced studies in mechanical/engineering or industrial engineering
You have a deep understanding of technical and commercial knowledge
You have a structured, independent, and qualityconscious work style
You have a strong proficiency in MS Office
You have a high level of motivation, which allows us to promote your sense of responsibility
Your German and English language skills are excellent, and you may also speak other foreign languages
You have excellent communication and teamwork skills
