We are currently seeking a
Service Advisor (m/f/d) for our BMW & Mini dealership in Overath.


Your responsibilities:


  • Providing comprehensive advice and support to our customers for BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad
  • Receiving, planning, calculating, and invoicing orders
  • Recording and documenting work scopes and orders in the system
  • Coordinating appointments with customers and the workshop
  • Handling complaints, warranties, and goodwill claims
  • Implementing internal and manufacturerset standards

Your profile:


  • Enthusiasm for our product portfolio
  • Completed training as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician or mechanic
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with BMW and MINI
  • Relevant further education as a motor vehicle master or service advisor
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliability, customer orientation
