How You Will Make a Difference

Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to identify and prioritize cybersecurity learning needs
Create topquality digital content and design engaging learning experiences
Manage and update cybersecurity content, digital programs, and webbased trainings on Siemens Energy's learning platform
Evaluate new tools and technologies to ensure our training remains relevant in promoting a cybersecurity awareness culture
Support colleagues in designing and delivering content through training sessions, coaching, and guidance
Provide global support for all inquiries related to online cybersecurity trainings, including monitoring and reporting on digital training initiatives

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Humanities, or (Industrial) Engineering
Several years of experience in learning, instructional design, digital solutions, adult education, or a related field
Proficiency in various industrystandard learning technologies and tools, including learning management systems
Experience in delivering digital learning and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
Strong project management skills
Fluency in English and German, both at a native or business level
