The Opportunity
If you're a dynamic sales professional with a passion for electro-mechanical solutions, this is your chance to make a real impact.
As an Outside Sales Territory Manager, you'll drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and be an integral part of keeping industries running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
You'll champion a customer-centric approach, developing and nurturing close client relationships to deeply understand their needs. Your strategic mindset will guide you in crafting comprehensive annual business plans that align with the company's vision. To ensure seamless customer experiences, you'll bridge the gap between departments like Shop, Estimating, and Inside Sales.
With an eye on expansion, you'll proactively target and acquire new accounts, actively pursue leads, and develop innovative strategies to grow your territory.
Your project management expertise will ensure smooth execution of customer projects from start to finish. Ultimately, your focus will be on setting and exceeding sales targets to consistently increase revenue within your territory.What You'll Bring to the Table
Your successful track record in electro-mechanical sales (at least five years) reflects your strong customer service approach. You possess solid technical understanding of electric motors, industrial gearboxes, and their product mix, service offerings, and relevant markets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will empower you to build relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Your organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines reliably will be crucial.Additionally, your proven ability to generate leads, present compelling solutions, and successfully close sales opportunities will be key to your success.
The ability to grasp and communicate technical specifications, along with a valid driver's license for travel within the territory, are needed.
