    Start off Part-Time and work your way to Full Time:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an

    Office Administrator & Bookkeeper .

    In this combined role, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations by handling a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring accurate data entry.


    Responsibilities:

    • Administrative:o
    Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    o

    Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
    o

    Prepare professional presentations, reports, and other documents.
    o

    Manage office supplies and equipment.
    o

    Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital)

    • Bookkeeping:o
    Process accounts payable and receivable (A/P & A/R)
    o

    Send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
    o

    Ensure Invoices from Suppliers match the system.
    o

    Reconcile supplier statements.
    o

    Manage accounts receivable.
    o

    Generate basic financial reports.


    Qualifications:

    Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

    Level-entry experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role (or a combination of both) is preferred.

    Experience in QuickBooks.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
