- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 0-1 years of experience working with computer or information systems.
- Strong technical and analytical skills are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Professional Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Visio) is preferred.
- Participate in weekly team calls to plan work and resolve issues effectively.
- Perform SCADA modeling and troubleshoot SCADA communications, controls, and user interfaces in support of TSRP (Transmission System Restoration Plan).
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting on EMS (Energy Management Systems) systems, including SCADA models, front-ends, communications, and supporting applications to support TSRP.
- Implement UI changes as necessary to facilitate SCADA point-to-point testing
