    Senior Highway Engineer

    Attention all Senior Highway Engineers Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Join a reputable and rapidly growing company with over 50 years of experience in the industry. We are currently seeking a talented Senior Highway Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tampa, FL. This is your opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a positive impact on our world.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Lead roadway design and plans production for highway projects
    - Provide marketing and business development support
    - Interact with clients and mentor staff
    - Ensure quality control and compliance with FDOT standards and policies

    Qualifications:
    - Minimum 10 years of experience in highway design
    - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Master's degree preferred
    - Professional Engineer (P.E.) registered in the state of Florida or ability to obtain within 6 months
    - Strong knowledge of FDOT standards, specifications, policies, and procedures
    - Experience with design software such as MicroStation, Geopak, InRoads, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD
    - Ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with others
    - Willingness to continue learning and utilizing new technologies and approaches
