    About the Job: As a Human Resources Specialist at LifeSTEPS, you'll be an integral part of our mission-driven organization, collaborating closely with our dynamic HR team to ensure seamless operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate recruitment efforts
    • Facilitate employee onboarding
    • Lead new employee orientation
    • Administer employee satisfaction surveys
    • Assist in training and leadership development initiatives
    • Enforce HR policies and procedures

    Qualifications:

    • Associate's degree or HR Certification
    • 1 year of HR experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Non-profit experience preferred
    • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
