- Manage and grow the bank's SBA loan portfolio.
- Conduct credit analysis and underwriting for SBA loan applications.
- Ensure compliance with SBA regulations and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with SBA clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional service to customers and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of credit underwriting experience, specifically in SBA lending.
