'As we continue on our journey towards "Every person getting fit", we are seeking a dual student to join us in Harvey Cedars, NJ as soon as possible. In this role, you will assist our B2B clients in becoming even more successful with the machtfit platform.

machtfit is the leading health platform in the German corporate health market, providing companies with a simple digital solution for valuing their employees.

Companies such as Bayer, DekaBank, and BVG are already successfully using our product solution.

Nationally, we motivate over 6,500 partnerships through courses, training plans, memberships, and livestreams to encourage the entire workforce to live a more active and healthier lifestyle, both online and offline.

Responsibilities:

To motivate as many employees of our clients as possible to promote their individual health through our platform, you will support our Customer Success team in creating and implementing communication actions and campaigns.
You will assist our Customer Success team in onboarding new clients, coordinating and conducting appointments with our clients.
You will communicate with our clients via email or phone and answer questions about corporate health management and the use of our machtfit platform.
You will help with the development of our clients and identify their needs.
You will take responsibility for internal processes by working closely with departments to ensure successful project implementation.
Together with our team, you will create customized offers for crossselling and upselling measures.
