Tour Planner and Truck Dispatcher (m/f/d) - Direct Placement
Your Responsibilities:
- Independent dispatching of our fleet
- Order processing in our customer's SAP R3 system
- Professional leadership of our professional drivers on site
- Coordination of daily performance with the loading team on site
- First point of contact for our customer on site in case of complaints or other service requests
- Scanning of delivery documents for our customer
- Buying and selling of freight in the freight exchange, if necessary
- Preparation of daily statistics for coordination with management
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Structured, organized work style and experience in handling stressful situations
- Experience in transport planning and truck dispatching
- Teamoriented, helpful
- Friendly and customeroriented appearance and behavior
- Very good IT skills, SAP R3 knowledge is an advantage.
