YOUR WORKPLACE

For over 50 years, we have been located in the heart of the Three-Franconian Corner with our Hephata senior center. Our facility is characterized by modern equipment and a bright, friendly atmosphere. The house has a total of 66 single and double rooms, common areas, a cafeteria, and a garden that invites for walks and is also used in our work.

Do you have young children? We allow parents to start work at 8:00 am during the morning shift.

YOUR TASKS

We are looking for a residential area manager (d/m/w) to join our Hephata senior center part-time or full-time (hours per week).

As a residential area manager, you will coordinate and organize processes in your area. You are responsible for employee development and training and ensure that quality criteria are met. You will also work in nursing.
