We are currently looking for a
Team Leader Complaint Management (m/f/d) at our central warehouse location in The Pinehills, MA.


Your Responsibilities

  • Your goal is to consistently and continuously develop processes within the complaint management department, with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a comprehensive reporting system and continuously improving it
  • Conducting and creating qualified product analyses and documentation, as well as developing standards for complaint management
  • Tracking complaints throughout the entire supply chain, monitoring credit and debit creation, creating various evaluations in the complaint database, and taking on ad hoc tasks
  • You will always act as a point of contact for internal and external customers and represent EUROPART at public events

Your Profile

  • Completed technical vocational training combined with further education as a car technician, master technician, or expert, or a comparable educational background
  • Experience in leading and developing technical service teams
  • Knowledge of complaint processing and warranty law
  • A high level of quality awareness, commitment, reliability, and enjoyment of working in a motivated team
  • Organizational talent with a strong service
