The International Montessori Center Munich e.
V. (IMZ) is a parent-led childcare center consisting of a kindergarten and a nursery.

In each of the 4 groups, we care for children with and without special needs together, as we are an inclusive facility.

Each group is staffed by 3 educators to provide the children with a prepared environment in which they can thrive.

Starting in April 2023, we are looking for a

Childcare Assistant or Educator (m/f/d)

for hours

as part of the 3-person educational team in a nursery group with 10 children (including 1 integration spot).

We are looking for:

A completed vocational training as a childcare assistant or educator with state recognition
Extensive experience in supporting children in their selfdirected and active learning, ideally following the pedagogy of Maria Montessori
Independent and reliable work ethic
Collegiality and team spirit
A respectful and empathetic approach to our children
