- This role will play a primary role with the development and move to AWS, along with assisting with troubleshooting and maintenance of our current WFHUB data.
- Can apply functional programming concepts in any language; quick to pick up new language or adopt a more recent version of an existing language.
- Programs in required programming languages such as Informatica, SQL Server, Kafka.
- Has understanding / experience with AWS (i.e. Aurora Database, Glue).
- Is able to design and build complex software solutions.
- Has experience turning complex ideas into user stories. From there, can turn user stories into workable solutions, providing estimates to complete the work, and breaking down complex work into smaller components.
- Troubleshoots issues and implements fixes for HR applications and can work effectively with less defined direction requiring greater judgement.
- Utilizes agile methodologies to develop and maintain applications.
- Assists product owners and business users with questions.
- Utilizes appropriate Human Performance tools, especially during testing and implementation activities.
- Assists with testing and migrating code through test regions. Ensures adherence to appropriate design, coding and source control standards.
- Exhibits maturity, confidence and a proper level of assertiveness when needed. Effectively handles stress and frustration. Demonstrates the ability to absorb change and continue with positive results.
- Communicates appropriate information including downtimes, change management, status, issues, defects, etc. to users, IT management and any other necessary audience. Able to present information on technically complex subjects in an understandable manner in both oral and written form. Recognizes appropriate times to provide this communication.
- Works with Senior level and above to provide recommendations and assist in decision making on their assigned systems
- Researches and analyzes new technology
- Designs small modifications for solutions based on defined requirements.
- Processes Change Requests and Quality Assurance (QA) documentation for project implementations and support changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of related business experience.
- 2-4 or more years coding/programming, trouble-shooting, problem-solving, logical design, SQL coding, Business Requirements analysis, vendor management, root cause analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills and written/oral communications skills to work effectively with business partners, peer IT resources, managed service providers and all levels of management
- Experience with modern source code management tools and processes.
- Has deep understanding of the development cycle.

- Demonstrated understanding of data integration architectures including ODS and Data Warehouse concepts

Job Description/SummaryWe are looking to bolster their application development and support team with new application developers who will be responsible for the development and maintenance/support of the HR (Human Resources) Workforce Hub (WFHUB).
The technologies used by our team include Informatica, SQL Server, Kafka, among others.Analyst will work with HR Product Owner and WFHUB IT Subject Matter Experts to gather requirements and assist with our development and move to AWS.
